- Still sick. Either I'm getting old, the past year has taken a huge toll on my immune system, or who knows, but I don't remember ever having a little, petty sinus infection cause me so much trouble. At least the girls again stayed healthy. Knock on wood with 19 days to go, but so far we have had an entire year of no sick babies whatsoever.
- Birthday party plans are as in full motion as they ever will be. This includes hubby putting in a bathroom in the basement (good enough - we'll start finishing the whole thing later) and trying to throw out / donate / sell as much stuff as I can that we've deemed "no longer needed."
- I was all excited to think the girls have started saying "mama." This came to a quick end however when it became apparent they're trying to say "mum-mum." Apparently food and snacks are much higher on the totem pole.
- Tomorrow just "might" get into the 50's so we have a tentative plan to get outdoors. For fun, I'll have to post a pic of them in their stroller now versus last year. I guess being around them I just don't see the major changes and growth until you do a side-by-side.
- Even babies can multi-task. Last night while taking off her diaper, Audrey also decided to open their bottom dresser drawer and empty every blanket and folded up crib sheet she could find. Allie thankfully has not mastered the "take off the diaper" concept.
- I'm probably going to forget by the time two weeks roll around that it's our anniversary. Didn't quite think back then we'd also have twins about the same time- whoops! The latter part of March has become quite packed: St. Patrick's day, our anniversary, oldest neice's birthday, my to-be sister-in-law's birthday, the twins' birthday......... (and that's all within one week)
- Again loving auto-post. :) Just need auto "mr. linky" (unless that's already possible and I'm just not aware...........

ReplyDeleteI always think that God made kids so cute so it's harder to get mad at them when they do things like pull all the blankets out of the drawer.
